I would like to inform you that the rennet which is used for the production of the cheese in the product Eridanus Käseschnecke, is from animal origin. The product does not contain any other ingredients from animal, except those you have already mentioned, e.g. egg ingredients, milk and the rennet from animal origin. Also the product does not contain any alcohol.
